WHY US

Anne has been a full-time marketer for over 15 years - working in the digital space for the last 8. She is the founder and owner of Anneomaly Digital and has helped dozens of businesses tackle their digital marketing and wrestle the online beast into submission. Clients include: 1-800Accountant, Cubbie Lee Toy Company, Fancypants Bakery, FarmersOnly, Focused Momentum, Peter Barron Stark Companies, and so so so many more.

After talking with a number of small businesses who weren't able to afford the high cost of marketing agencies, we felt the desire to create something for small business owners that empowered them to join the social media marketing world, at a low cost. We wanted to create a social marketing product that would provide businesses with resources, support, and direction. Everyone who works at Anneomaly Digital (all 3 of us) grew up with parents who owned and ran their own small businesses, and we're a small business ourselves - we want to help people be successful.

Who is the Compass Subscription for?

Small businesses, non-profits, clubs and groups, that want to dip their toe in the social waters. You've got a Facebook page, but you don't really know what to do with it. And you're busy, you don't have time to read all of the articles about the theory and the science, all the numbers, so much information, and the whatever else, you just need someone to tell you what to do and when. 

What is included?

  • Every month you'll get a posting calendar from us, it will include what to post and when. 
  • We'll out send out a reminder on Monday mornings - we get it, life is busy.
  • You'll also receive extra tips and thoughts each month, and examples.
  • Bonus items:
    • We have plenty of resources for you - how to get this mess organized, where to get free stock images, how to track your numbers, what to do about reviews, and more. 
    • Our social media experts will check in on you a few times a month - they'll check your feeds and provide feedback. Honestly, we really want you to be successful. 

Shoot. That's a lot of stuff you're talking about. How much is this going to cost me?

It is a lot of stuff, you're right! Our monthly subscription is $45. We want to provide a TON of VALUE for not a lot of money. 

Is it going to take a lot of time?

Nope. We estimate about two hours a week. 

Why are you doing this? 

Because small business is the heart of America. Because my parents own their own small businesses, because I've owned a small business, because my friends own their own businesses. Because I kept running into people who wanted to utilize social media for their business but didn't know how, and didn't have the budgets to hire big agencies. Everyone is capable of managing their social media channels, they just need someone to point them in the right direction, that's what Compass is here for - to point you in the right direction.

Is my business going to make a billion dollars by posting on Facebook?

Maybe? But probably not. What you will do is engage with your customers, you'll be active for prospective customers to see what you're about, and you'll build brand loyalty. 

Why should I even do social media?

Social media is a great opportunity to showcase your business with more than a YellowPages ad, or a billboard. It's how you give prospective customers a glimpse into who you are - what makes your business special. It's more than just posting about your services or sales all the time, it's about letting people into your world - and creating a space to interact with people. No matter how you feel about the Justin Bieber's and Kim Kardashians of the world they did something important - they gave people access, they let millions of people "get to know" them, through social media. 

What about cancellation?

You can cancel at anytime. Your subscription will just not renew the next month. We don't issue partial refunds, so if you want to cancel, you'll need to do so before your monthly renewal.
